Y& S! \mso-vertical-align-alt:auto; word-break:normal; direction:ltr">三是思想解放的力度不够、创新意识薄弱。结合XXX的发展实际，虽然认识到思想解放的重要性和紧迫性，但受各种主客观因素的制约，观念更新还有些跟不上形势的发展，同发达地区领导干部的思想观念相比较,还存在着思想解放不够，有时思维打不开，视野放不远的问题，平时习惯性做法多，开拓性做法较少，考虑眼前工作多，长远打算还较少，对某些具体问题受传统思维定势、传统工作模式、传统工作节奏及自身工作经验等主客观因素的制约和影响，习惯照搬别人或以往的经验，深入分析不够。遇到新情况、新问题，不能以创新的意识和创新的思维及时解决，体现在执行政策多，创造性地执行上级的方针政策少，没有能够做到超前创新、与时俱进。平时与各位班子成员、部门负责同志，谈工作多，谈思想少，原则要求多，有针对性帮助研究解决问题少。班子内部消极畏难情绪、慢半拍思维，安于现状盲目乐观、传统保守观念等均不同程度存在，思想不解放，创新意识不足将成为制约我X今后跨越发展的重要问题，还需要加大力度改造人生观、价值观、世界观和发展观。
